One-to-one coaching that turns everyday tasks into independence. We practise real skills—at home, in the community, or online—so you can do more on your own, safely and confidently.
Who it’s for
NDIS participants across Greater Sydney who want structured, step-by-step support to build daily routines, communication, community access, and self-management.
We build skills in
Personal organisation: morning/evening routines, time planning, alarms, checklists, calendar use.
Cooking & nutrition: safe kitchen skills, simple recipes, meal planning, shopping and food hygiene.
Money & tenancy: budgeting, paying bills, banking basics, reading notices, house rules and chores.
Communication & social: conversation practice, phone/email skills, making appointments, friendships and boundaries.
Digital & safety online: smartphone basics, apps, email, files, privacy, scam awareness.
Travel & community access: route planning, Opal card use, reading timetables, safe public transport practice.
Health & wellbeing: medication prompts (as per plan), hydration, light exercise prompts, sleep and self-care.
Self-advocacy & decision-making: setting goals, rights and consent, speaking up and problem solving.
