What this service is

Structured small-group sessions in a friendly, accessible setting where you can socialise, learn and practice skills with support. Sessions are interest-led, paced gently, and focused on confidence, routine and connection.

Who it’s for

NDIS participants who enjoy doing things with others—in a calm, supported environment—while building practical skills for home, study, work and community life.

What we do (examples)

  • Creative & social clubs: art/craft, music, cooking, gardening, games & trivia

  • Life-skills workshops: budgeting, meal planning, home routines, communication

  • Digital & study support: basic computer/phone skills, emails, safe online use

  • Health & movement: gentle fitness, stretches, relaxation & mindfulness

  • Community outings (group): libraries, galleries, parks, markets and local events

Group sizes are small (e.g., 1:2, 1:3) so everyone gets time and support. 1:1 can be arranged where funded.

What you get

  • A Participation Plan matching your goals and interests

  • Consistent staff and predictable session structure

  • Optional door-to-door transport or travel training (plan-dependent)

  • Progress notes you can share with family or your coordinator

Benefits you’ll notice

  • Real friendships & belonging in a safe, respectful space

  • Confidence speaking up, trying new things and planning your week

  • Practical skills that transfer to home, study and work

  • Positive routines that support wellbeing

Funding & pricing

Capacity-building elements may use Increased Social & Community Participation / Improved Daily Living, depending on goals.
Activity costs (e.g., tickets, class materials) are usually participant costs. We follow current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and can help you choose the best line items.
