What this service is
Structured small-group sessions in a friendly, accessible setting where you can socialise, learn and practice skills with support. Sessions are interest-led, paced gently, and focused on confidence, routine and connection.
Who it’s for
NDIS participants who enjoy doing things with others—in a calm, supported environment—while building practical skills for home, study, work and community life.
What we do (examples)
Creative & social clubs: art/craft, music, cooking, gardening, games & trivia
Life-skills workshops: budgeting, meal planning, home routines, communication
Digital & study support: basic computer/phone skills, emails, safe online use
Health & movement: gentle fitness, stretches, relaxation & mindfulness
Community outings (group): libraries, galleries, parks, markets and local events
Group sizes are small (e.g., 1:2, 1:3) so everyone gets time and support. 1:1 can be arranged where funded.
