What this service is

Practical, day-to-day support to live well at home—on your own or with housemates. We help you create safe routines, share responsibilities, and build independence in a space that feels comfortable and yours.

Who it’s for

NDIS participants in Greater Sydney living in shared homes (SIL/ILO), family homes, or private rentals who want hands-on help with daily tasks and capacity building.

How we help (hands-on supports)

  • Home routines & self-care: morning/evening routines, personal hygiene prompts, medication reminders.

  • Cooking & nutrition: meal planning, shopping lists, budgeting for groceries, cooking together, safe kitchen skills.

  • Household tasks: laundry, dishes, vacuuming, bathroom/room cleans, linen changes, spring cleans.

  • Tenancy skills: bills and budgeting basics, reading notices, simple admin, fridge/pantry systems.

  • Shared-living harmony: chore rosters, house rules, visitor plans, respectful communication and conflict prevention.

  • Community connection: neighbourhood orientation, transport to activities, building positive weekly rhythms.

  • Overnight supports (as funded): sleepover or active nights, safety checks, and reassurance.

We can work in SIL/ILO, family homes, or drop-in arrangements—short visits or longer blocks, 7 days.
