What this service is
Door-to-door support so you can get to appointments, study, work, shopping, and social activities—plus coaching to travel independently using public transport if that’s your goal.
Who it’s for
NDIS participants across Greater Sydney who want reliable rides with a support worker, help to plan routes, or travel training to build confidence on buses, trains, ferries and light rail.
How we help (hands-on supports)
Door-to-door trips: to medical appointments, therapy, work/TAFE/uni, community groups, events and errands.
Public transport training: trip planning, Opal setup, safety awareness, reading timetables, practising your route.
Mobility support: safe transfers, pushing manual wheelchairs, managing equipment and bags.
Event days & outings: we stay with you if needed—wayfinding, note-taking, and comfort breaks.
Transport coordination: taxis/rideshare/community transport bookings, reminders, and backup plans.
Vehicles are fully insured. Where required, we can organise wheelchair-accessible transport or accompany you in your preferred service.

Funding & pricing
Trips with a support worker are typically claimed from Core – Assistance with Daily Life / Social & Community Participation or Transport (depending on your plan).

Worker travel time, kilometres, parking and tolls are billed in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We’ll help you check the best fit.
