One-to-one or small-group support to join community life—from local classes and clubs to events, volunteering and faith/cultural activities—so you can connect, have fun and build confidence at your pace.

Who it’s for

NDIS participants across Greater Sydney who want support to get out and about, make friends, try new activities, and grow social confidence and routines.

How we help (examples)

  • Outings & events: parks, galleries, libraries, markets, festivals, movies, sport.

  • Clubs & classes: art, music, cooking, fitness, tech, language, hobby groups.

  • Volunteering & community roles: introductions, trial shifts, confidence coaching.

  • Faith & culture: respectful support to attend services and cultural gatherings.

  • Social skills & confidence: conversation practice, planning meet-ups, handling crowds/noise.

  • Door-to-door support: transport or public-transport training, wayfinding and breaks.

Funding & pricing

Typically funded from Core – Social & Community Participation.
Skill-building elements may be Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation (plan-dependent).
Tickets, classes, food and entry fees are usually participant costs. Travel time/km/parking follow current NDIS Pricing Arrangements—we’ll help you check the best fit.
