What this service is

Practical help to keep your home clean, organised and safe, delivered with respect for your routines, culture and privacy. We can do the tasks with you (to build skills) or for you when that’s what you need.

Who it’s for

NDIS participants across Greater Sydney who want reliable help with day-to-day housekeeping, spring cleans, or step-by-step coaching to manage the home more independently.

How we help (hands-on support)

• Kitchen: benches, sink, stovetop, appliance wipe-downs, dishes, bins, fridge tidy, basic pantry organisation.

• Bathroom & toilet: surfaces, mirrors, shower/bath, toilet sanitising, mould spot-wiping.

• General areas: dusting, vacuuming/mopping, light tidying, changing bins, wiping high-touch points.

• Laundry & linen: washing, drying, folding, putting away; bed-making and linen changes.

• Bedroom: surfaces, wardrobe tidy, simple declutter, weekly reset.

• Spring clean / move prep: deeper clean plan, checklists, donation drop-offs (by arrangement).

• Shopping & supplies: create lists, accompany you, or pick up agreed essentials if funded.

Build skills if you want (capacity-building)

• Safe use of cleaning products and equipment

• Simple room-by-room checklists and weekly routines

• Budgeting for household items and basic pantry systems

• Visual prompts (picture cards) to make tasks easier to repeat

Usually claimed from Core – Assistance with Daily Life. We follow current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We’ll help you confirm the best line items and set a schedule that fits your plan.

Do you bring products and equipment?
We normally use your preferred products/equipment for safety and allergy reasons. If you need help choosing or buying, we can assist.

Do you do outdoor/repairs?
We focus on routine indoor tasks. We don’t do trades, pest control, ladder work, or hazardous/structural jobs—but we can help you organise them.

Can you clean while I’m out?
Yes, if you’re comfortable and it’s in your agreement/safety plan. Otherwise, we’re happy to clean alongside you.

Can I choose a male/female worker and language match?
Absolutely—tell us your preferences and we’ll match where possible.
